Version 2 of ProvidenceRI introduces alternative serif capitals, word art, and refined metrics. Inspired by a 1900 Sanborn Perris Map Co. Ltd. map cover of Providence, Rhode Island, and the Gothic vibes of Whitby, UK's Goth Weekend in 2014. ProvidenceRI strikes a balance between Gothic aesthetics – not as dark as Sisters of Mercy, yet darker than Michael Bublé. It currently offers limited language support but aims to expand in the future, provided as a free resource.
