Uranos is a serif type family known for its straightforward design and contemporary, geometric glyph shapes. It offers three distinct styles, featuring a variety of stylistic alternates and automatic ligature creation. The character set includes full coverage of Unicode Latin 1252 (Western European; ANSI), 1250 Latin 2 (Central European), 1254 Turkish, and 1257 Baltic characters. This typeface supports a wide range of OpenType features, such as Access All Alternates, Capital Spacing, Case-Sensitive Forms, Contextual Alternates, Fractions, Kerning, Localized Forms, Ordinals, Proportional Figures, Slashed Zero, Small Capitals, Small Capitals from Capitals, Stylistic Alternates, Stylistic Sets (1-20), Superscript, Tabular Figures, and Titling. Kerning is optimized for compatibility with older software, utilizing a single ('flat') table. Please note that the Uranos DEMO font file is intended exclusively for testing purposes, such as assessing its compatibility with your project and evaluating the character set. It is not meant for any other use. The DEMO version lacks the full kerning table, many OpenType features, and replaces various characters with "DEMO" markings.
