Cotrell CF ExtraBold and Cotrell CF ExtraBold Condensed are my reinterpretation of the Matthews and Condensed Matthews typefaces I discovered in the Specimen Book and Catalog published by the Inland Type Foundry back in May 1902. These fonts exude a robust serif style that lends itself perfectly to applications such as posters, headlines, flyers, advertisements, packaging, and more. In a previous version of Cotrell CF ExtraBold, I toned down the exuberant flared stem endings, but I have now reintroduced them as alternates, alongside the more subdued stem variations. Furthermore, numerous lowercase characters also come with alternate versions.
